Finding the right psychotherapist for your individual needs is vital.  I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone consultation followed by an initial appointment at a reduced rate, for you to ask questions and establish whether I am compatible with what you require.

These initial engagements can clarify why you have come to a psychotherapist, what you are and are not looking for, if I can work in the best way for you and what appointment frequency may look like.  If compatibility is not the case, I can provide you with a suitable referral.

Regular appointment (50 minutes)  |  £85.00

I hold a limited number of places for specific cases that may need a subsidised rate.    ​
