EDINBURGH PSYCHOTHERAPY

LIFE CHANGES & TRANSITION COUNSELLING
As a psychotherapist and counsellor in Edinburgh, I regularly treat issues relating to life changes and transition. Life transitions whether known, unexpected, welcome or difficult, often stir up feelings of anxiety, fear, grief or overwhelm. These shifts can disrupt our flow of routine and daily ritual, sense of identity, and feelings of stability as we face the loss of what’s familiar and the uncertainty of what comes next. By acknowledging these emotions and engaging in self-exploration to clarify anchors within ourselves, we can build resilience, transition into new rhythms, gradually adapt to change and transform upheaval into an opportunity for growth.
