EDINBURGH PSYCHOTHERAPY

DEPRESSION & LETHARGY COUNSELLING
As a psychotherapist and counsellor in Edinburgh, I regularly treat issues relating to symptoms of depression. Depression can be characterised by a persistent sense of apathy, sadness and a loss of interest in one's activities and relationships. It impacts the way you think, feel, and behave, often leading to emotional and physical challenges. It can make everyday tasks difficult and, depending on the severity of symptoms, may cause feelings of hopelessness or that life has lost meaning.
